  • Raw is a very difficult thing to adjust to. Especially if there is no motivation.

    And eating raw food is not necessarily about loosing weight but about getting your body to be healthier.

    My father is 90% raw, and my mother 60%. I have not taken a full liking to the concept. But I haven't given it a true go.

    You want to keep the high sugar fruits to a minimum.

    To Fasttinggirl - Have you checked out Hallelujah Acres? They have some interesting recipes and thoughts on the matter.

  • Oh YES I have the book The Hallelujah diet. I love their approach & support all the work they do. If you can be mostly raw your ahead of the game!

  • good, i got about a 7 day jump on the challenge. ... whoa, after listening further, let it come apart at dinner into meat & potatoes. that's not a challenge, its a meal plan that let's people compare, over a mere day, the difference between how raw makes U feel all day to how lousy & like a cooked goose U'd feel by night. But then people miss how amazingly better they'd feel by going raw day after day. Pose a real challenge to people to do at least that for themcells, pull-ease. Ta

  • Look I have been brought to a raw food diet over time. Over 10 years ago I was introduce to it slowly. When I eat 100% raw I feel fantastic. That is MY path. However the majority of my subscribers are not on the EXACT same path as myself or you. The majority of Americans go MONTHS w/o a significant amount of raw food. A HIGH raw challenge is plenty to get fantastic results. Get off your RAW high horse. Focus on helping people to eat better not 100% raw necessarily. And YES I EAT 100% raw

  • You look awesome! Way to go raw! I have been trying to do this, but I have cravings for cooked foods and not enough motivation. I feel I eat healthy enough as a vegan, but I would like to go a step further. Well, one step at a time.
