SchoolBus645 - there are light controllers you can buy that do this. Most people use Light-O-Rama 16 channel controllers.

ni i do but nvm to that u just bought a light o rama and working on wizards of winter as soon as i am done with this i am gonna put a video up with my Mr. Xmas then l8r i will get my lightorama set up!

I guess you know nothing about light o rama? Controlers are used and there are sections of lights on the arch.
