  • jump thanks for removing your own nasty comments.. at least we try things instead of trolling and postin nasty comments.. so WHEN you make one I do hope you dont make the same mistakes.. we however choose to air our mistakes cuz aint noone perfect..

  • @LtRotten84 just the once... its called trial and error... ya see, not all places are the same,we live in one of the most wet areas of the country which mean it is common to get 6 or more inches per rain.. therefore it requires seeing what works and doesnt..

  • thanks Z... they are kind of fun to build.. some things work well n others dont work quite so well..but its all an experience and worth it.. this weekend we are buildin a goat shed from earth bags

  • @vanboarder ummmmmm ever dug with a shovel n pick into the side of a mtn  full of limestone while working full time and having 2 acres of gardens and family to tend to?

    Have had to dig through clay, but the work I had to looks light compared what you guys did. I enjoyed your video & the place looks great! Kudos to your family's efforts.

  • & i actualy luved living a life of being free from the reg wastefull world.. i've also been to this eco village called dancing rabbit in rutledge ,MO was neat other than i noticed some of the mlived alot better & had more than other i think the ones who owned the land was profiting more .. Like our wash politicians...

  • Wow i'm trying to buy some land at this very moment cause i'm wanting to live off grid & away from the rest of humanity & to live stricktly off my own self sustaining way of life that i want to live . & this was somewhat kew lto watch i wish i could of been there when i all did this so i could actually see for myself.. i'm not real smart on all this living eco life but, i have lived in a cabin w\no electricity & no runnin water & no refrig or toletry the outdr was my toilet..

  • Holy cow do not let the federal government know your showing people how to build homes that do not cost them half a million dollars. They will find a new law to destroy your family.
