I've fermented my mash for three days now.

The mash recipe is one to two cups corn meal to one cup sugar, confectioner's preferred, to one gallon water.

On day three your solution should bubble vigorously when agitated. As the yeast produce carbon dioxide by digesting corn and confectioner's sugars.

As the ethanol (alcohol) content rises, the yeast will die out.

Keep waiting, and agitating, once or twice daily, until all bubbling stops.
