It's pointless, really, to even try to attempt comparisons of different stellar artists from different eras. But nonetheless .. Gillian somehow reminds me of a mix of 2 of the very-best of past great female artists in this genre .. Joni Mitchell + Emmylou Harris. Fantastic !!
