OMG randy, turns out that when my dad was stationed in germany we visited the Rammstein base one time! Now i'm not sure if thats the base that you live on, but if it is, i just thought that was really cool. :D

White rice is just regular brown rice with all the good-for-you stuff stripped out of it. Wikipedia it for yourself.

teflon causes joint pain because if it is used to cook it can get into the food then once it goes into your body it goes straight to your joints and it will feel like glass... so (said sarcastically) YAY FOR EARLY ARTHRITIS!!! stainless steel is the most sterile metal... it will "stain" but no surface anything... just tarnishing. the only thing i can say about the stainless steel pan is that... THEY ARE FREAKING EASY TO CLEAN!!!! why do you think that restaurants use stainless steel everything... and this is coming from someone who does the washing by hand for a family that has stainless steel everything, and the fortunate thing is that we also have stainless steel restaurant sinks ^_^...
