  • i've heard that blunting your tips will make water stay in the ends of your dreads, but wispy ones let the water run out after you've washed them, is it true that blunting my tips will hold water? soaring eagle says that this will cause dread rot if i blunt my tips.

  • @puredreadful I actually thought about mentioning this rumor in the video but I hadn't heard it in a while so I didn't know if it was still around. =] Short answer is...it's not true. Thank God cause I'd have dread rot along with just about everybody I know if it were true! lol I'll have a very complete answer to this question in our FAQ section soon!! (till then, keep in mind that a rounded tip is just locked hair like the rest of the dread - and dries just the same)

  • hey, where can i find the lock sculpta? i saw your video announcement.. i think you mentioned that it would be available the 12th of may..but i cant find it on you website, like price and stuff. kind regards, Jamie.

  • @JamieFleuret Yep, May 12th you'll be able to get one. You can go to our main site - dread head hq dot com - and then put a /locksculpta after the URL and it will take you to the info page. Also, if you click on any of the other LockScupta videos I uploaded the link is in the description =]

  • i liked this video but i'm not sure what you mean by vote? like which technique do i like better? BOTH!

  • @soccer1929chick =] no doubt! I was just saying to give me a "thumbs up" like (click the thumbs up just below the video) to vote for it! Thanks gurly!!

  • first (: nice tutorial.

  • HEY. I love your hair. I want your hair. I'm 15, growing it out already, and you're an awesome example of the style I want: thin and actually well-done dreads vs. just knots. Usually I see girls' styles that are too thin or would not work for my hair, or guys with nasty unkempt dreads, which is NOT what I want because I want to remove that stereotype. Anyway, you're AWESOME. we have to chat some time~

  • It's pretty easy to get good results, because even messy dreads look alright. up inside the dread using the tool and leaving a blunt, rounded tip that will lock trouble free. ...thank you KnottyJonnyClean
