OMG YOU can see two tornadoes if you pause at 4 seconds!!!!!!!!!!

yeah but maybee he lives there because he has no choice... you cant live in fear of tornados if u live there, because ur more likely to die just walking down the street in the midwest then to be killed by a tornado. would u move house just because u were scared that someone some day could crash there car into your house if you dont have the money then you have to live with it!!
And if it does happen kiss ur ass goodbye! lol

I live 15 minutes from Loves Truck Stop. At first they had it come straight for where I live. I will never forget that night. Scariest night of my life.

At 0:04, looks like a wedge in the middle near the red dots, but which one is the one that hit the campus of Union University? Looks like there are 3 different tornadoes.

We had an EF4 tornado here in my area of Toledo, Ohio on Jue 5th, 2010. The tornado hit at night around 11:30pm. Then another storm came through at 3am. Milbury, Ohio looks like a war zone...it's very sad. This is a great video. Hugs from Toledo, Ohio!!!

Is this the same tornado that hit the campus of Union University?

@ILovestorms - yes it is. We just happened to be in the in flow jet to the SE out near 1 40 and exit 87 after it had past Union, north Jackson and the Christmasville/Ashport Road areas. Scary night.

Is this a second funnel just right beside the red dot at 0:04? The first onje is clearly is visible in the flash but just to its left it seems to be a second tornado or at least a funnel.

I believe this supercell produced a multiple-vortex tornado. Not two. One would come down, do damage, then dissipate - which explains the spottiness of the damage from Huntersville to Spring Creek. The larger tornado is already doing damage at 0.04 - probably at the corner of Christmasville and Ashport roads. The smaller one in front was dissipating and tearing up the wooded area to the NE of the larger, or at least that's what it looked like when I toured the area yesterday. Rob

That may be true, but NOAA, or whoever handles storm reports determined it to be 3 distinct tornado tracks. But since it happened at night, it does put question whether it was multiple-vortex. I'm not saying your wrong, but however it happened, it caused a lot of damage.

I agree. Three distint tracks for sure. This is from the last of the tracks. At first we thought it was a "wedge" with a satellite tornado - may have been (looks like it on a "still"), but it was dark, and too dark to be 100% sure.
