Have you ever put Ice cubes in a garbage disposal and ran it? I did several times and it did not hurt ours the only thing strange it did was make very noisy crackling noises. My trick of keeping our garbage disposal from breaking down is is running hot water until most of the ice cubes are small I don't want to jam the knives or make them break apart. I still do it, yet it still works.

Will you please make another video of this? I'm thinking about getting one and I want to see corn cobs and bones or any other tougher stuff. Thanks!

Sorry, but I have since moved, and the disposal went with the old house. It was very good, definitely you should get one!

FRANKE WD1001 is better i know this cause i used to have a ( ISE evolution excel ) an now i have a FRANKE WD1001
its a Sweden an also Australian made Disposal an it has never Chogged or Jamed so far... With the ISE we had to call the plumber not once but 3x times to fix the dam thing. an now the FRANKE has never needed a plumber an i had it for since a year now an its working like new its quite when we put steak bones in it, with the ISE when we put a steak bone in it it sounded -

nope, I ran it commando for dramatic purposes. Its much more exciting when you can watch it work!
