  • WOW!!!! I remember sending off for this games years ago' Thay made this game when the c64 was obsolete (if i remember that right)

  • In order to REALLY appreciate this game, you have to make it to the 2nd level (this game is HARD) where you can pick up the lightning bolt! The speed at which this game moves has to be seen to be believed. They found a bug in the vic2 chip that allowed sonic genesis level speed to run through the levels. It's the ONLY 8 bit game that can scroll that fast (at least on the c64)

  • it's probably good it wasn't, because then there would be little room for improvement

  • Commodore Format? You mean Zzap! 64, Sir! Never shall the hallowed name ba changed.

And yeah... It's a Marathon bar, not a bloody Snickers too!

    Hahahah.

  • By the looks of things this probably wouldn't have worked on the GBC simply because of the screen size Imagine running around those levels filled with monsters like the 64 version, except not being able to see more than 3cm ahead!

  • mayhem in monstor land was the definitive last show case title for the c64. Remember this was 1994 and the machine was released in what 1983, graphics and sound and gamplay squeezed every last ounce out of the 8bit machine. Imagine if this was a release title back when c64 hot the stores, and technically it was possible.

  • you noob

  • this is a gameboy version

  • Is this some kind of weird hacked version? No baddies and you didn't seem to die when jumping to the bottom of the screen?

  • No it wasnt Creatures 3 but it was made by The same company, The Apex brothers. And originally produced for the commdore 64 ! Rated 100% by Commodore Format Magazine in 1994!
