So, a couple weeks ago when we were reeeeeally really close to making our $2,500 goal (but not quite there yet), I promised that I would write a song and dedicate it to the (un?)lucky person who happened to donate the money that put us over our $2,500 goal. That (un?)lucky person was BUDDY DAVIS.
So I sent a message to Buddy asking him a little bit about himself so that I could write a mega-smash hit about him. Here's what he said:
I live down here in Huntsville, Al, and when I am not dodging tornadoes, I like to hike, go camping, and listen to live music. I have a son named Tad and a daughter named Grace.
I also like to fool around with rock sculpture, but I don't do that as much as I would like.
Currently, I work supporting the Army's helicopters and aircraft. I manage the documentation, and it is just ad exciting as it sounds!
And voila!!! A song was born. I hope you like it, Buddy.
