Memorial for fallen Miami-Dade County Officers 1/24/2011

The emotional memorial for two slain Miami-Dade police officers has wrapped up at the AmericanAirlines Arena in downtown Miami after several hours of somber reflection, commemoration, and even a couple of laughs.

Thousands of people packed the Arena for the memorial to Officers Roger Castillo and Amanda Haworth who were both killed in the line of duty last Thursday while serving a warrant to a suspected killer, 22-year-old Johnny Simms. Simms was killed by another officer.

@elmago305 that is very sad to hear that man!!! where I live (Aruba) black people are part of the educated people (with good jobs, living a good life ect.) here the ''troublemaker'' are usualy foreigners (as you probably know about the Nathalie Holloway case: prime suspect J. Van Der SLOOT (Dutch) maybe thats why I can't imagine that ONLY black people are causing problems

@Agave89 Because animals raise animals. Her son is where he belongs now, suffering an eternal damnation in hell (man that sounds really overzealous through text, I'm no bible freak I assure you!) We need to send out a message to all would-be cop killers: if you succeed or EVEN ATTEMPT it, you should NOT go home in anything LESS than a BODY BAG.
