Cable Hip Belt Squat Finisher. This is a great way to end a lower body workout. Using the cable forces you to push backwards into the ground to keep from being pulled forward, which further engages the quads. The cable also helps to ingrain good squatting patterns because you must stay completely upright and have your weight back. Beware, these will fry your quads.
