HE GAVE UP SOME MUCH MATERIALISTIC RICHES IN THE 50'S TO SING ONLY TO GOD AND TO THE SPIRIT. ELVIS WANTED TO DO THIS AND SO DID JOHNNY AND JERRY LEE. IT TAKES COURAGE AND CONVICTION AND NO COMPROMISE. YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU CHOOSE. THEY CHOSE UNWISELY. HE CHOSE WISELY. HIS MUSIC HAS GIVEN ME STRENGTH AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO CONTINUE TO READ AND STUDY THE SCRIPTURES. AS I GET OLDER, I NEED TO CALL ON GOD MORE AND MORE. WE CALL ON HIM.
