  • Love your videos! I'm a Master student and although I love studying I experience(d) massive blockades (learning, writing, concentration) throughout my whole college time. BG helps me 2 overcome those blockades. But I have a problem w/ the brain buttons: I almost can't stand massaging (soft or w/ more pressure) them. It's causing a lot of tension in my chest and throat/neck, some kind of a panicing feeling. I don't know why those feelings occur. Do you have any idea or maybe a solution? Thx! :)

  • @123arry321 All the movements can be done lying down, standing and sitting. Check out braingym.org and consider purchasing the teacher's edition manual...it will give you all you need.
