Taliban spokesman Sayed Rahmatullah Hashemi went to America in early 2001. He went there for negotiations on different issues. National public radio (NPR) of America interviewed him during his stay there. He was asked many burning questions like

1.Why Taliban are against education of women?
2.Why Taliban destroyed the statues of Buddha?
3.Why Taliban do not allow women to go on jobs?
4.Why Taliban expelled BBC reporter from Afghanistan?
5.How Taliban eradicated the poppy cultivation?
6.Why Taliban do not allow UN aid workers to do help in Afghanistan?
7.Why Taliban are protecting Osama Bin Laden?

In this interview, general public also questioned the Taliban spokesman through telephone. A must listen for everybody to get the view point of Taliban by Taliban.

  • @McTitties1000 Nopes, they took up arms against Hazara warlord for raped some kids. This is how the movement started, and after the Taliban took arms, many Hazara warlords refused to join the movement because they were losing power, and Iran jumped in to support them, so this is the basic scenario. In Taliban Justice system, Justice was quick and equal, and rejection of Warlordism!

  • Bullshit, Taliban murdered Hazara ethnic group of Afghanistan just for being hazara..

  • Masterpiece indeed

  • @MrSameer1986 Taliban are one Taliban, whether it's across the border or inside. TTP+Afghan Taliban = same thing. I hope TTP gets even more fiercer.

  • thank you for posting, but where is other parts?

  • this is good to hear, because we always hear what the west says about the Taliban, but is nice to hear what they (the Taliban) has to say.
