Challenge timaeus22222 - Wanted for 100,000 Zennys! Part 2

This challenge was from nintendo123321z.

Challenge #66:
Beat ChargemanSP, ErasemanSP, and ColonelSP.
1. No super effective (ex: fire beats wood) chips.
2. No dark, double life, giga, or P.A, except for DarkBarrier and FastGauge.
3. Only chips that have a base power can be used to attack.
4. No crosses.
5. Maximum of 3 mega chips.
6. Only undershirt and shuffle NCP
allowed.
7. Standard chips can't be over 200 power.
8. Delete Chargeman last while in beastout.
10. Start with 1000 or less hp (of course... -_-)

Judgeman thinks that Eraseman wasn't sufficient enough in deleting Megaman, so he hires Chargeman and Colonel(Colonel?! WTF?!). Colonel wants a challenge, while Chargeman does too. So they agree, not knowing what they're getting into... Meanwhile, Bass was watching this, and he said,

"WHAT?! Megaman is gonna be executed?! NOT ON MY WATCH! I WANT TO DO IT, NOT THEM, NOT YOU, JUDGEMAN, NOT YOU, COLONEL, AND NOT EVEN YOU, CHARGEMAN!!!!!!!!!! Megaman, let's battle together, but just this once..."
Will Megaman live, or will he die?

1: too easy.
2: pretty easy.
3: meh, not too hard.
4: Geez this is hard!
5: Wayy too hard! It took a lot of tries!
Any rating above 5: Too hard! I'm never doing this again! O_O

My Rating: 8/5 - Too hard unless I added BassBX... -_- Thanks for this challenge anyways. :)
