The dragon, having transformed into a Chaos dragon, confronts Caim against her will. It is the dragon's duity to defend the world. In this case, to destroy the human race. After defeating his companion, Caim approaches one of the many Seeds that have fallen to the earth, destroy it. However, the roar of the world's dragons beckons Caim to his coming death.

in all honesty i feel stupid now for of all the endings this was the only one i did not understand besides the one that leads to the game nier [which by the way i still havent seen any link connection]
