"Balloon Boy" Father's Attorney David Lane on "Larry King Live"

David Lane, representing Richard Heene, the father of "Balloon Boy" Falcon Heene, appears on "Larry King Live" and talks to substitute host Wolf Blitzer about why he was chosen by "Balloon Dad" to be his lawyer.

"My name is written on bathroom walls in every correctional facility in the state of Colorado," Lane brags.

"You're pretty well known, I take it," Wolf responds.

Wolf goes through the possible felony charges the Heene family could face, charges Lane calls "low level felonies."

Lane also says he is not sure what evidence exists that the Heene family was orchestrating a hoax.

Nor does any proof of child abuse exist, he argues. "I have heard of no evidence, not even an allegation, that there has been any child abuse whatsoever," he says. "Slapping the cuffs on your parents... that's child abuse."
