They are bloody helicopters and they use these lights usually in combat and they can become extremely bright, temporarily blinding the enemy, no UFO's just Choppers, please people start growing up now, it's getting embarassing.

If they are not military vehicles, then they are strangers and maybe they are collecting human emotions - there are big field of emotions-energy especially on the cityes and there -where are a lot of people like rock-concerts....if they are military then what are they patrolling all the time - is it regular...is it normal?!

mimic our aircrafts...out here, I swear they turn into these crazy big Hawk type birds!!!
