@NPFfumbi Yes, it's an RDL, but you of course have to make it stretch by bending over even further. Yes I've seen it work on a number of people. Usually when people round their low back/tilt their pelvis post., strething like so will fix it. Another good solution is to get your WL shoes modified so they have more heel added. Allows for greater knee flexion and more upright torso...

@ProjectSWOLENESS Hmm, I haven't seen many people squat with very little posterior pelvic tilt at the bottom. Your pretty much describing an rdl. Have you had success with clients/athletes doing this? Only people I've seen able to do it are mostly oly lifters

@NPFfumbi Stretch your hamstrings by bending slightly at knees and forcing an anterior pelvic tilt. Chest up. Stretch ankles. Not rocket science.

This is awesome. I'm really interested to know how they got her to back squat with so little tail tuck at the bottom.

where is poliquin in the vieo ? is it that bald old guy ?
Your thinking is backwards.
Because she can do this, means she has a much greater chance of NEVER having knee problems because her hip/knee ratio is strength is good.
You know who Charles Poliquin is don't you?
