@maxxie04 I sang under Stroope at UNO and we recorded this one during my college experience. It sounds harrowing but when you break it down, it all fits together like a well-made puzzle. It is Stroope at his finest. All his music is magical, I'm sure with practice you'll do just fine!

Sang this my Jr. year in high school. I would have to say that this was my favorite song that we sang that year. its just soo....... epic....gotta love Stroope.

Crap. Guess I can forget making NC honors chorus this year. Lol. Especially since I'm a soprano one. And this is my last year too =/ I never thought I'd say this, but I miss Sure on this Shining Night. It was so much easier.

Oh don't be too afraid. I would be lying if I said we weren't a tad intimidated when we first got the music... :o)
if it makes you feel better, the year we sung this piece, each member in the second call backs had to stand up ALONE in front of everyone and sight read their part in the first 2 pages of Bach's Magnificat.... acapella.... yeah...
