@vsaua I would have to disagree with you. Paul's books, like many other health books are based on one's individual testimony and experience, spoken as a personal truth. Many people have found Paul's literature to be extremely useful in helping them to restore good health. I am familiar with Wade's article...and he is simply stating his own opinions drawn from his own experience. Regarding Paul's real age and Daughter's status...who cares?? What Paul promulgated was pure common sense!

Unfortunately, it seems that all Paul Bragg books based on lies: from his age till his death and the Patricia seems to be not Paul Bragg daughter. I'm totally shocked, what is the shame! I considered Paul Bragg my health teacher for the last 14 years. And we don't see any reaction from Patricia - where is your responsibility, Patricia? Just show us your child photos with your dad Paul and we'll believe. Google "Paul Bragg Tarnished Legacy, Wade Frazier" to find out about Bragg's deception.

My older brother has visited Patricia Bragg on Hawaii.
She gave him an articles about the story of Jack LaLanne how Paul C. Bragg has saved his life at 15 years. He is the founder of the first fitness gym in the USA and represents healthy natural bodybuilding as no one else before and after him. I was always looking for a role-model who was thin like me, because of eating to much white sugar and flour. Jack inspired me to train every day and eat plenty of fruits and vegetabels, nuts and greens.

Patricia bragg looks good, knowing what she knows it shows in her body. Her face is tight and clear skin with few wrinkles and good clear appearance. I dont know how old she is but she looks good!
