If you're heading to the beach this summer, remember that world out there sees more
of your legs than any other part of your body. Unless you go to certain 'niche' beaches,
of course!

Dumbbell squats
(Do 3 sets of 12 with 30 secs rest in between)
Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart
Holding weights in each hand, squat down with your bottom out, making sure your knees don't go out past your toes
Keep your chest out and your shoulder blades pulled together, maintaining a normal curve to your spine
Choose your weights carefully

Lunges
Stand with your right leg behind in a nice, wide stance, feet shoulder-width apart
Lift your back heel off the floor then bend down, making sure your front knee does not go past your toe
Keep your hands on your hips and your shoulders back
Make sure the full weight of your body is between your legs

Leg Raises
Lie on your side. resting on your elbow, supporting your head in your hand, legs straight out, feet flexed
Bring the top leg up 45 degrees, hold for 3 seconds then smoothly lower it
Repeat 50 times then change sides
If you keep this up faithfully, you'll have everyone on the beach staring at you.
