and one more thing, if u think A.R. Rahaman is born muslin, you are mistaken, he was a hindu, but later converted to islam. it was his faith in Islam.

@ramsay11111. If that is true, he would be equally genius if he was born outside India too. So let us stop feeling proud just because he is an Indian. He is a human and he is a genius. The rest is secondary.

gee ...why do you need rahman music to be used in hollywood movie to come to the fact that you're proud to be tamil or indian. but yeah its really nice to see his genius being used and recognized by foreign artists. it gives us confidence but our pride should be based on internal values not external validation. If we could imbibe what values the film Bombay and rahman's music stood for, we should be real proud.
