Dear, I thought that things would get better but it didn't. I'm 53 now and lived as a woman for over 30 years and things have not changed. Actual things are worst.

Hey Jackie..Great vid..Um..Yeah.. Its way to hard for us being through this..Specially when we dont have any kind of support..We start to think about weird stuff..I didnt tried suicide but i burned myself and the pain..Was kinda..Um..Relaxing..But like isnt painfull enough for us to be through this, there's people like Juggernut000 who must be really frustated people that they say shit about others they dont know just to try to make themselves to feel better.. Yeah.. Its sad but its true..

The trevor hotline saved my life. Sometimes I wish I never called and just went through with it. But most of the time I'm grateful that someone picked up the phone and I could talk to them.

The closest pride center to Augusta is in Columbia, SC. It's about an hour drive, if you're able to travel.

If anyone out there is in the Colorado Springs area, we have something very similar to those dorms Jackie described. Inside/Out Youth services and Urban Peak are a great resource here. CO Springs is known for its huge religious/conservative presence, so that we have such a strong program is saying something. Also, a quick Google search brings up over 100 Gay and Lesbian centers across the US.
