Your show should be called: Cookng all day. lmao When you have no job and kid's are in school... That dish would take 5 hour's to do from start to finish. If you did it all at once.

Looks interesting...Confused tho - .why chill the dough if you are adding steaming hot pasta to it? Not a fan of Italian Sausage - any suggestions for a substitution for them? Looks like a great party dish. Thanks for sharing it. Happy Holidays

ideally, you should let the pasta cool to lukewarm (dressed with some sauce so it doesn't stick) but I had no time - needed to get the dish assembled before my guests arrived and messed up the video - so i worked really fast- the chilled dough held up beautifully, if you don't chill it it gets too soft because of the high butter content
