Author and spiritual guru Deepak Chopra remembers his first spiritual experience with LSD at 17, and discusses various cultural uses of hallucinogenic drugs to achieve enlightenment. He touches on ritualistic drug use in Native American, Aborigine, and Indian religious traditions.

I dont know about you people but id rather take a trip with a shaman than with friends and having fun, dont get me wrong ill take shroomies or acid with friends every now and then, but it should be done with a shaman guiding you.

The Ganja (weed) Deepak refers to I am sure is not one most people have access to this is adulterated Hybridized,fertilized, grown in Hydrophonic.So the effect is not the same as well as likely mixed with whatever, I am not in favour of taking any drug but the same weed that is being spoken of is used successfully for various ailment. Anything natural when used sensibly is preferable to those manufactured.I say the Shaman instead

@gaianish ye coca in its natural form is healthy ppl have been using it for 1000s of years but when u add a bunch of shit to it obviously its bad. and ye all natural psychadelics r good for u and i have tried them and so i can tell u from experience unlike u who is just basing his info on what u have been told by others. use ur own thinkin.

@BTC141 I guess a particular reason i like the interviews i mentioned, is from a specific experience i went through, with a friend, we took 2.5 hits off lsd, but this was far from your normal 2.5 hits, not even sure if it was lsd to tell you the truth, but the event that would take place gave me what i perceived as a great understanding of consciousness, it literally felt like i was communicating with a higher power, an overwhelmingly intense spirtual journey, that i have no time to get into now

@rickyp17 Hey thanks for checking out my channel. I collect t-hunts, the rarest of any Hotwheels series. Yea, I'm guilty of living a materialistic life for sure but I don't pretend to be some enlightened guru of inner consciousness who isn't ego driven. I used to really like listening to chopra but over the lasts few years my opinion of him has changed. He is an intelligent man but I feel that he is ego driven. I'll check out his interviews you suggested but i don't I'll change my mind
