Me squating 315lbs for 4 reps after my workout. The third rep seems to be the only actual full squat. anyways I'm trying to work on my form.

Full squats
2 x 5 @ 275lbs, 1 x 5 @ 315lbs, 1 x 4 @ 315lbs

Incline bench
1 x 10 @ 135lbs, 2 x 6 @ 205lbs

Glute ham raise
3 x 8, This was my first time doing this exercise
and now I realize how weak my hammies really are.

Pull-downs
3 x 10 @ 120lbs

Preacher curls
3 x 8 @ 65lbs

Seated rows
3 x 10 @ 120lbs

Skull crushers
3 x 7 @ 70lbs

  • 1.get some converse allstars or wrestling shoes. tennis shoez compress and throw you off

    2 go wider and sit back into it, break at the hips before the knees

    3 as you go down push the knees out and keep the back tight and arched

    4 drive it through the ground. lather rinse repeat lol
