Hes black he has an advantage lol, he has more type II muscle fibers thats why black people tend to look more muscular and tend to be naturally stronger but still he is stronger as fuck

1.get some converse allstars or wrestling shoes. tennis shoez compress and throw you off
2 go wider and sit back into it, break at the hips before the knees
3 as you go down push the knees out and keep the back tight and arched
4 drive it through the ground. lather rinse repeat lol
