This is Legolas and Gimli having a fight about who won the compitition to kill the most orcs after the Battle at Helms Depp in the Two Towers directed by Peter Jackson. You can make up your own mind who won.
Alot of people have made the point that this scene is not deleted, I would clarify that it is deleted from the original version and I put this up here from my extended version for people who may not have it!

i believe 42 are few enemies.in the first scene of the fight he had already killed 13

Well in the book Gimli said he killed 42 orcs and Legolas 41, but that's not important. It's one of the scenes that I liked the most in the books so it was good to see it there, even though it's different.
