@ExELCiS777 Its probably set to noise reduction filter, or lowpass filter, try to set the sensitivity on the mics to its db higher , and with noise reduction on or off ;)

i just have a problem when i record with y zoom h4 and when i listen with the headsets plugged into the H4 the sound is great...but when i put the recorded files into my computer the file has a really low volume..i tried everything is no te limit or the compressor or the autogain...i tired different levels for the mic..i dont understand whats happening :(
