What details were being leaked? I haven't seen anything...
It seems like you're trying to find reasons to be outraged. Take a breath and give the man a chance. All Presidents outrage us sooner or later... If you're an AM talk radio listener, maybe it's time for a vacation. Explore the dial. Maybe try NPR for an hour, see if it's as biased as they say.
Well the point I am making is: the meeting was Private, the conversation was confidential. Mr Obama as a Lawyer, as a Senator, and as "YOUR" president via loose lipped aids began leaking virtually every detail. Obama, no Decorum.
Stop second guessing Obama....Clinton second guessed him - McCain second guessed him - the Democrats second guessed him when he refused to panic at every attack and change in polls, and did not want to go negative....he will govern in the center as he has always been regardless of what people acuse him of, for those that don't think so - if you are proved wrong I expect a person message from you saying so....LOL
Kirra77 - That quote is out of context. It was immediately preceded by this:
"In his book "The Audacity of Hope," Obama wrote critically about Bush's demeanour during a meeting for newly elected senators at the White House after the 2004 election."
kirra77: on YouTube? copy/past from /watch on. I google & found nothing. BTW, I prefer non-partisan news because partisan news spins 2 much (either liberal/conservative).
I FOUND IT ONLINE...BREITBART AND FOX Have run it thus far "Suddenly it felt as if somebody in a back room had flipped a switch," Obama wrote. "The president's eyes became fixed; his voice took on the agitated, rapid tone of someone neither accustomed to nor welcoming interruption; his easy affability was replaced by an almost messianic certainty.
Obama has already released harsh words about this private meeting. I think it may have been Un-Presidential of Obama and not very gracious or professional. Obama with be showing the White House to Someone in 4 years too.
