@mighty690am Considering that is Van Nuys, and most of Van Nuys is a mexican filled shithole now, Im still betting that little enclave of Van Nuys probably pays more in TAXES than your does. Im willing to bet that part of Van Nuys has citizens that CARE and dont encourage the crime, vandalism and gang problems.
SOOO...yeah...they get a faster, larger LAPD response. Clean up your "hood" and maybe they will work that fast to get there also.

Note to criminals: To "disappear" in a neighborhood, bring a video camera with you and once their search begins, just "act natural" and start video taping like a concerned neighbor LOL (it helps if dress like a yuppie).
