A couple of the guys wanted to see who was stronger and asked yours truly to come up with a workout for them.

AMRAP in 20 minutes of
5 deadlifts @ 205 lbs
10 chest to bar pullups(chin ups)
15 kettlebell swings @ 20kg (44lbs)
20 box jumps @ 28"

Prince 5 rounds, Flex 6.5 rounds
