It looks as if it's trying to get away from that toothbrush!
And get the turtle OFF the filthy floor. No wonder most turtles die young, people have NO clue about proper care.
As a rule, water turtles should NEVER be out of their tanks and played with. If you want that sort of pet, get a DOG!

It gets away from that toothbrush ?? when it looks at me holding the toothbrush, it will run to my side. I don't think it hate that. Please don't think that all people won't care about their pet except you. Thanks

That's NOT exercising. That turtle might actually be a female trying to lay some eggs. Females kick back their legs when they are trying to release their eggs.
These turtle videos are getting me very upset. Such ABUSE of these poor defenseless animals!
