And please...Christianity has been suppressing science for a millenia. The modern innovations in the West within the last 100 years are mostly by athiests who the Church despises for their beliefs on evolution...And I disagree on Iran. Iranians physicians and engineers are working around the world, their grad students come to N.America and Europe to finish Post grad studies all the time. You're misinformed on Iran.

Islam has done quite well at various times...In Iberia, the Ottomans, the Mughals...only after the colonization and after the Europeans were done subjugating and pillaging Muslims have the Muslims been in their present state, which really is only for the last 70-80 years...Koran has nothing to do with anything, its the Western nations and the political systems they have propped up during the colonization and even after (the puppet dictatorships throughout the muslim lands)
