  • @tygue12345678910 but shoulder strength is really important for hand balances and planche, you cant just posses finger and wrist strength. It's a combination of core shoulders and fingers

  • @TalhaKhanCA The point in this exercise is not to hold up a hollowback, but to have a friend to get you out in those positions and hold you there for a couple of seconds, using this as a strengthening exercise :)

  • Actually alot of the balance for a handstand is in the wrists and fingers sooo....
