japanese is hard in some ways, and easy in others. japanese is one of (if not the most) structured language's. once you know the sentence structure, you basically just slide on in different vocab. but then, you also have to learn about 2000 kanji to be considered literate, so thats a bit rough. as someone doing a japanese degree, i would say its well worth it. great language.

really? i have found all the shooters on the ps3 to be completely terrible. the gun play just doesnt feel right. the ps3 control is just to.....delicate for it. does feel right. that said, god of war 3 did sell a fair few ps3's in the west, so maybe thats where the people you have been hearing from came from. well, regardless, ps3 is THE console in japan, so all japanese games are made for it. thats why there are a decent number of jrpg's even in the west for the ps3.

Based on what i see on the internet, most PS3 owners prefure FPS games or more just action based games, not games with great story and characters. That is what ALL Tales Of games represent.

Also, i did want to learen japanese at school, but i heard the class was really hard, so im learning ASL instead.

are you kidding? the whole reason i bought my ps3 was to play jrpg's. isnt that the only actual reason to own a ps3 in the first place?

    also, learn japanese. great language.

you mean the thing where they released what was basically a test copy on xbox, then released the "complete" version later on playstation, with entire new characters (that where not just new content added with the extra time they had when porting it), with no way for the people that bought the game on xbox to get without buying the playstation version? i remember that. i bought vesperia for xbox on release when it was said there would be no playstation version.

Then what was the reasoning behind Vesperia?

japanese company. playstation is japanese owned. in japan, people just dont buy xbox. so the only console that really matters to them is ps3.

I had no idea that i could import it for systems I thought when it said it was for the PS3, it was ONLY for the PS3 in the entire world, unless some dude copyed it onto his computer and used some magic to make it for the other systems

If i import, would that mean everything on the game was Jap because i can't read Jap. If that is the case then my only hope is to buy a PS3 or watch a Lets Play

ALSO when i said PS3 player's wont care, i ment that the anime graphics don't seem to fit the PS3 style.

Multi-console would be very nice (that would be the most amazing thing ever), i just don't understand, why they don't.
