I mention that I sit in the sauna for 20minutes but it took me a few days to even get used to the sauna for even 5 minutes so listen to your body and don't over do it

Tips To Avoid Plateau

Several reasons can cause plateau. Some expert tips are given below to avoid such hindrances during the Diet plan:

•Increase your water or fluid intake to 2-3 quarts per day. Additional water or fluid will help in proper digestion. Constipation also may be one reason of plateau.
•Avoid taking less than 500 calorie diet. The body may go to starvation mode and weight loss can be hindered.
•You can do some light workouts, if you don't feel tired or weak.
•You can increase your protein consumption by half an ounce. This can help you in case your body is leading towards starvation mode.
•In case your bowel movement is irregular, you are advised to take a fiber supplement everyday. The colon can hold 5 pounds of stool, which can contribute to weight gain or weight stabilization.

--I take 1 daily instead of two daily of the Women's Ultra Mega vitamins (GNC)
--I also take one B12 vitamin a day for more energy and a faster metabolism
--I sit in the sauna 20-30 minutes 5-7 days a week with my music blasting in my ears lol
--I eat a grapefruit everyday
--I drink 1-2 cups of orange juice or eat an orange at least 3 days a week
--I squeeze 1 lemon with my palms a day into a gallon of water
--I drink 1 gallon of water every single day
--Only do this if you are STRONG ENOUGH MENTALLY but I watch Diner's Drive in's and Dive's and any other food series. What this does is watching these food series makes me hungry which makes my body think that I need to eat. This makes the HCG work harder to digest fat since my body thinks its hungry and needs to eat. Call me crazy but I lost 1.4lbs the next day. Never lost that much before till I watched the show.
--I eat 500 calories a day. You have to!! If you eat less you may not loose as much weight the next day
--I eat multigrain melba toast once or twice a week but no more than 4 peices
--I eat cabbage
--I also ate Louisanna's hot sauce on my cabbage but didn't loose too much weight the next day so be carefull
--I love Chic-Fil-A's Chargrilled Chicken sandwich w/ 1 package of the Roasted BBQ Sauce (without the buns)
--If you eat bad (pizza, cheesecake, BBQ, etc) eat early early in the morning but dont eat anything else that day. If you gain weight from it DON'T EAT IT AGAIN UNTILL YOU REACH YOUR GOAL WEIGHT
--Try to get in at least 60 grams of protein or more every day
---Sunkist has protein shots with 42 grams of protein in each shot. I buy mine from golds Gym.
--I eat fat free cream cheese (strawberry flavor)
So far most of the stuff on this list is what has helped me loose a pound or more every day.

Every body is different so you have to try things and see if it works for you. If it doesn't don't do that thing again.

  • @CrownJewel32 Nope not after the 4 or fifth day. Its truly amazing how well it works. Some days you may not even care to eat much. I am getting back on it next week.
