  • I like bob because I watch the biggest loser but this is really bad advice. . the meat should be eaten first then what ever greens you have because greens help clean out your system and toxins out of your blood so after your acid food intake then antioxidant intake :) this is the best advice because you avoid complications by eating in a good order. his advice sucks, but and any one who motivates people to have a positive change is cool to me.
