Here I describe in general terms some of the features and how one goes about playing BW for those just starting out.

Of course, every once in a while I'll see a comment posted here that I haven't done a very good job of "explaining" how this works. While I haven't used some of the fancy graphics you might find at BW's main webpage, anyone with a minimum ability to comprehend what is being said (8th grade and above is assumed) shouldn't have much trouble in following along...

Oh, and don't be afraid of a little challenge. That's the whole point of the game.

:)

  • On Dual-3back and it's kicking my butt. My average is 50% on 3 back.

I've done about 100 sessions so far, hope that doesn't suck.

Did this really make you focus way better? I have ADD lol.

  • @romanpr1nce I don't have ADD, so DNB wasn't all that difficult for me. As I hinted in the video, QNB felt like more of a challenge. It's always a relative issue. Keep trying and see how it works for you!

  • audio sucks

  • @Foggix Yes, I blame the deaf and the economy.

  • Dear god this is hard lol

  • @chrisybwell After playing this for 10000 hours, one automatically ascends to a higher metaphysical plane, transcending all of humanity.

  • @cgFeathers damn this is so cool; I just started 2-back and i have to stick with just 5 trials to make it easy

  • I remember some exercises that were supposed to help link your left and right sides of the brain. One example is rotating both arms in opposite directions and then switch; I definitely noticed a change if it's not just wishful thinking.

I like to solve Go problems and that helps visualization memory like in math. I made it to rank 15kyu in Go and chess started looking like checkers; I'm just curious how physical stimuli could be added for further challenges.

  • im so stupid i didnt even know what you have to do...

  • I really want this to work

  • @argumzio Thank goodness i saw this video. Was considering going for MindSparke brain fitness pro. So much is being said about the software. But isn't it the same concept as this workshop?

  • @argumzio Only 10,000 hours? That's pretty automatic!
