Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths today. A research team in Finland has used Windows Azure with Techila integration to capitalize the computing capacity of the Windows Azure cloud service. Through the use of the Techila (www.techilatechnologies.com), these researchers have been introduced to an easy to use and secure technology that distributes HPC applications to existing computing resources, manages workloads to achieve results in an optimal time. Their work will bring hope to cancer patients.
