My favorite Canuck of all time! He was an incredible player in his prime, that shot from the hashmark was nearly unstoppable.

interesting to see what would have happened had that bitch moore didnt jump at nazzy with a flying elbow to the head.

@BSabres87 couldnt have said it better myself! loved watching this team, todays team fails to compare to the excitement of the Westcoast express days

ah my old goal horn lol I watched Canuck home games cause of that sound before! but I also watched cause I respect the hard work they put in, although Naslund and Bertuzzi could not get us the ultimate prize, it was always worth watching these guys. But now its a new team led by Henrick may be Marcus is right the Canuck fans dream's will come true soon:)

@fastfootedone well I'm glad I'm not the only one who is board of Shorthouse he's a nice guy but very lame lol

Shorthouse needs to listen to Cuthbert to learn how to call a game with inflection, enthusiasm and timing......as a Canucks' fan, Shorthouse simply puts me to sleep..... it's tough after listening to a legend (Robson) growing up - Shorthouse would make a great librarian though.:)

NASLUND NIGHT TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE THERE, AND IT WILL BE ONE OF THE MOST EMOTIONAL NIGHTS TO EVER TAKE PLACE IN ROGERS ARENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Markus Naslund
2000-2001: 41 goals, 34 assist = 75 points
2001-2002: 40 goals, 50 assist = 90 points
2002-2003: 48 goals, 56 assist = 104 points
2003-2004: 35 goals, 49 assist = 84 points
The prime of Naslund. I wish I could relive it again...

Although I think a high scoring big hitting Canadian is the best kind of captain to take into the playoffs, Nazzy truly led us in all offensive categories, and was the highest scoring forward in the NHL over a 3 year period. No one had more points. We should be proud to have had nazzy in his prime and as our captain, i know I am. That Nazzy shot is just sick, standard stuff for him. He's def lost a step it seems now a days, but he was a seriously smart player and held onto the puck well.
