...then you just spend way too much time thinking about them and how dark and mysterious they are! How annoying! You're right too, cuz it never worked for the Beatles, or the Rolling Stones, or Iggy Pop, or Guns'n'Roses, or INXS, or...anyone really. You're right, they should definitely stick with the cookie-cutter Urban Outfitters poor hipster look. What was I thinking?

@StarvingSound Oh geez, you're right. Rolling Stone and NME hate mysterious bands, Christian Dior, Helmut Lang or even Tom Ford (minus the conchos...of course!) would never want to sponsor a well-dressed band. Vogue would never do a piece on a dark, fashionable band either. Not to mention that the kids would never stand for it! If you can't pin down your favorite band as pot-smoking baristas who love bikes and getting fucked up on sparks/4Loko/salvia/etc...

Saw you guys at Coco66 with Ex Cops, you guys were great! One thing I think y'all need though, is a coherent identity. You might think I'm a dick for saying this, but your music is ballsy and dark, and if I had a label I would sign you, with one stipulation: That you lose the Urban Outfitters Brooklyn bike-riding hipster look, and start wearing all black, cowboy boots, concho belts, etc. You'd be HUGE. Think about it...image is SO important, and you have the music to back it up!!

They perform great on stage, I'm seeing them tomorrow actually for the 2nd time. I'm psyched! I hate to say it, but I'll be sad when they get big because there won't be as many local shows.
