i hate how expensive LLMDs are. is there any way your friends/family could organize fundraisers for you? you need real treatment, you need doctors who know what they're doing.

thank you for sharing your story. i'm so sorry you're suffering like this. this disease in insidious and cruel and incredibly isolating, but please know you're not alone.
just a quick word of warning about the mayo clinic: they are notoriously unfriendly when it comes to chronic lyme disease. i've never heard of anyone with lyme having a positive experience there, unfortunately.

Have you looked into Columbia Prebyterian in NYC? It's where the new Lyme Research Center is. I wonder given the stage of your Lyme whether they would put you in the front of the line for hospital supervised treatment.
Just a thought , just in case you're not aware of this resource. So please keep strong and fight.

Bless you, keep up the fight. Please get to the LLMD. Lyme being the root cause (with co-infections), from everything I've heard about should halt the progression and hopefully provide for some recovery (perhaps the skys the limit)

Great Videos, I think it is great when others can truly see how bad our pain is. I really feel for you, and hope you can come across the right help, and stop this illness from breaking down your body further, I know how you feel. We are young people in an old body with Lyme Disease.
