Eu, personal, cred ca nu e o eroare.
Vitezometrul TREBUIE sa aiba o marja de eroare (5-8% daca nu ma insel) iar viteza reala e afisata in dreapta, adica 96 km/h :)

nu e eronat. Average inseamna media totala. Deci se adauga si average din oras cu average din extraurban. :)
