This would be perfect for either a single person of couple wanting to have a relaxing stay in Spain away from the noise on the coastal resorts. The apartment is ground floor , adjacent to large detached villa, is set in 1000sm of land with its own private pool and terrace area. The apartment is not your run-of -the-mill cheap and nasty typical holiday high rise accommodation and tastefully furnished. It has a large lounge area with two comfy sofas and sky TV , free WIFI , a cool (double) bedroom , WC with walk in shower and fully equipped kitchen area with washing machine.

he property is located near to some shops, great local restaurants and is only five minutes walk for the local bus stop & taxi rank and of course its near the beach if you tired of sitting round the private pool all day too!! If you are driving we are about 3 minutes drive from the main East-West road and you can be in Malaga or Marbella within 15 minutes. Also nearby is The wonderful Marina in Benalmadena , Old Nerja , The hill top white washed town of Mijas and glitzy Peurto Banus plus make sure you visit the Lakes and Rhonda if you get time. All in all its a great location for someone wishing to explore the coast but of course you could just come a sit by the pool all day and chill out too !!

Remember this is not in the center of town ,but its just 3km from the seafront its very quiet and is perfect for people seeing how the locals live rather than being surrounded by throngs of tourists.
