Angelman Syndrome - Kiano's drop seizures.wmv

Kiano is experiencing drop seizures AFTER being sent home from the ER and AFTER being given Valium and an inreased dosage of his normal seizure medicine, Keppra - per Dr's requests. Kiano is 3 1/2 years old and has Angelman Syndrome. He is now on phenobarbital (temporarily) and Topomax. I have only noticed a few more since his hospital stay (after this video was taken).

@servingthealiens : You need your head examined. My daughter has Angelman syndrome and if you ever said that around me, someone or some machine would be would be keeping you alive afterward.

And to the paternalistic people who are subtly trying to ask if he is taken care of and has a helmet (like she hasn't thought of that already), lighten up. She is right there. Don't be so judgmental; it is hard taking care of someone with Angelman.

seems a great little kid, very sweet, : ) , i had never heard of this condition and that's why youtube is such a good thing,because it opens peoples minds and stop parents like yourself feeling so alone, I have fibromyalgia and when i first was diagnoised 20years ago everyone was like whats that, now with internet most people know, Great kid, Great mom, blessings to you all. )O(
