Yes, we'll hope to be at the memorial in april. I will go with my daughter and brother and sister (my parents do not live anymore). This summer we spend holidays in de US and we also visited Perris (me, my wife, son en two daughters).
Sjaak (Strating) was my brother.

@Astra6303 I'm sorry to hear that. Will you be attending the anniversary coming up? I will try my best to go. I will have a newborn so as much as I want to be there, I can't guarantee it now.

Hello,
I'm a skydiver. This crash was before my time. I've always had to put a seatbelt on for takeoffs, as per FAA regs. I wonder if this tragedy was the impetus for that regulation? I'm very sorry for your loss.

@neomuttley Thank you. It very well may have been. If you look up the National Transportation Safety Board, there was a Safety Recommendation submitted on February 17, 1994 regarding this crash and the use of seat belts along with other faults that were found.
