The Constitution does not specifically mention a right to privacy. However, Supreme Court decisions over the years have established that the right to privacy is a basic human right, and as such is protected by virtue of the 9th Amendment. This video proves that the Oakland police are violating a basic human right. Why must a neighborhood be constantly under surveillance? I can under stand a house under surveillance if someone had commited a crime, but this shit!? Who are the real criminals here?
Iv discharged thousands of Fireworks in my life, there has never been a problem. Never hurt myself, Never died, Never lost my hands of fingers, never hurt anyone else never started any fires! Just Legalize them already!
Police can go **** themselves... it's the 4th of july... stop trying to ruin everyone else's fun because of a few dip***** every year. You're obviously un-american nazi ***wipes that aren't happy unless you're compensating for getting picked on in grade school by making everyone else's lives miserable. And if you don't like this... you can kiss the first amendment jack***. (Self censored for the kids.)
Can you say propaganda? lol. They put that M1000 in something that made it look like a huge explosion to scare people lol. I've lit a ton of those in my life and the bang is pretty loud and all but all that you will see is a bright flash and a little bit of smoke. Not all that debri and a huge cloud of smoke like a freakin stick of dynamite lol.
@kirfdog1 they will blow your entire hand off those are illegal in the entire usa they dont meet our requirements due to the powder content but just as an example the real m1000s are way more powerful than original m80s
How did we ever grow up playing with things that go bang? Guess it is more important to to bust some one with a poper, that a drug dealer.
